No partying or stay-in guest (NO boyfriend / girlfriend / sister / brother from overseas), unless advance notice to my brother/wife or me.
As you are taking the a/c-room, utilities-bill is partially taken care of, should the flat bill exceeded S$120; you pay the different. At the moment its only S$39 - S$69.
